Large Format Digital printing

We have two large format digital presses. The Vutek PressVu QS3200 is a 10’ 6” wide 6 color UV inkjet printer. This printer prints very high quality images on almost any substrate up to 1.75” thick on both rigid flat stocks and roll to roll flexible stocks. The Vutek uses a UV cured ink that is guaranteed for up to 2 years outside depending upon substrate choice.

We do some pretty amazing things with this press, we have printed on tempered glass, wood, ceramic tiles, fabrics, metals and vinyl’s as well as poster board, fomecore, Cintra and many other stocks. We use this primarily for POP displays and signs.

We also have a new Roland Eco-Solvent inkjet printer. This roll to roll printer allows us to print hi quality images on roll stocks in a cost effective manner.

Digital Die Cutting

We have recently added a large format computerized cutter from Zund. The Zund High Performance G3 cutter, 3 XL-1600 allows us to cut very precise shapes and sizes on a wide variety of substrates. We have the capability to rout rigid substrates such as acrylics, plastics and wood into shapes for specialty display items, awards plaques and displays etc.

The Zund also allows us to cut coroplast signs, posters, vinyl’s, fabrics and other roll to roll stocks. This new device is a cutting edge Swiss tool with an automatic roll vacuum feed system with a 163” x 63” cutting bed.
